1st Class Junk Removal is a veteran-owned junk removal company serving Palm Beach and Broward County, Florida. We provide junk removal, demolition, estate cleanouts, hauling, and construction debris removal services. By submitting a quote request or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

SMS & Text Message Terms

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages from 1st Class Junk Removal, you agree to the following terms governing our SMS communications program.

Opt-Out Instructions

    You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (561) 462-1140. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and service activity — you may receive messages related to your quote requests, appointment confirmations, service reminders, and/or promotional offers depending on your consent selections. Service Terms

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied. Final pricing is confirmed on-site prior to service commencement. We reserve the right to decline service for items we cannot legally transport or that pose safety risks.

Same-day service is subject to availability. 1st Class Junk Removal is not liable for damage to property that was pre-existing or caused by inaccessible conditions not disclosed at the time of booking.

Prohibited Items

We are unable to remove hazardous materials including but not limited to: asbestos, paints, chemicals, pesticides, propane tanks, motor oil, and items prohibited by Florida law. If prohibited items are discovered on-site, additional charges or service refusal may apply.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1st Class Junk Removal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida.
